FAQ About Shipping and Packing

Q: Bakit po ang Packaging Fee nyo is ₱15 , pero sa iba ₱5 / ₱10 lang po?

A:
• To be honest I really only get ₱10. if you use Shopee Checkout 3% (or more) are deducted because of Shopee Fees, so technically ang bumabalik lang talaga is ₱10, sometimes less pa nga :(

• I think it's just right for me to charge ₱15 because nothing is free anymore. boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, transpo to get pouches, and of course Labor of packing pa. I think ₱15 wouldn't hurt.

Q: Can I add toploader sa item ko? / Bakit wala po kayong toploader?

A:
• If the seller that I bought the set from shipped the item with a toploader, I would include it naman sa packaging.

• I don't buy toploaders because I seldomly sell. I usually get toploaders from trades lang. So I only have 5pcs on hand 🙈

Q: Why does it take long to ship my order/s?

A:
• If you bought from one of my lapags/ tingi , give me a MAXIMUM OF 1 WEEK to pack everyone's item. Para isahang pick up nalang po 🤗

• If you bought something from me from a non-lapag/tingi, I can ship within the week. Give me 3 days MAX to pack your item 🤗

❗ NO RUSH SHIPPING! I have a job po kasi and I'm trying my best na isingit ang pag prep ng mga items. Please do understand :)
